Hear from the owner of Ray White Oakleigh as we discuss why he chose Engagis to manage his Ray White Touch Screens.
What we did: I noticed that all my competitors in the area had them, so I thought I’ll put a couple in the windows just to start with — obviously I ended up putting in a touchscreen as well. We [use the screen to] pick their price range and what suburbs they’re looking for and the touchscreen does the rest. It brings up a numerous amount of properties that we can show people prior to going out — all the internal photography and so forth. And we’re now going to start [including] video, so we have a video display going on as well.
What’s the benefit: A lot of people will say displays have no bearing on new business. Our numbers are definitely way up. Vendors want to be on the windows, and it’s really probably sold me more than I ever would have [by myself].
People are making really great comments and vendors are enjoying it. And the whole façade really takes people aback and makes them come in, so I definitely think it pays a major role.
How did the installation go: The installation was probably one of the easiest things that’s happened in this office. They were very good at what they did. They spent, I think, all of two days getting it ready. We didn’t even know they were here.
What the response like: We’ve been getting calls from all around. Even principals from other offices calling and commending us on what we’ve done. They say we’re setting the bar at a whole new height of where real estate may be going in the future.
