The Engagis Eze Find 46” Live Wall, designed for Telstra, promotes mobile phone plans in a number of Dick Smith Electronics stores across Australia. This custom-built digital solution empowers customers to view product details, compare products and interact with live handsets unassisted or assisted by a staff member. The 46″ touch screen atop the solution is designed to showcase relevant promotions and attract shoppers to explore the various options available. Below each handsets, a built-in 5” digital ticketing units also display interactive content on product details, pricing and specifications, in rich full colour.
In an industry first, the live handsets attached to the unit activate relevant content on screen when lifted by a customer from their security mount. When two handsets are lifted, a comparison of both phones appears on the touch screen, allowing the customer to drill down further by selecting available options. Built in metrics and shopper analytics tools measure customer interactions and provide insights on users and user behaviour, so that Telstra can learn more about their customers and continue to build interactive platforms. Feedback on this all in one activation unit has been nothing short of incredible – and end to end solution that delights and surprises customers in-store.
