The challenge
In line with their vision for integrated customer service, NAB were seeking to open a flagship branch in central Sydney, at 333 George Street, called NAB on George, and make it a showpiece of the NAB retail banking brand.
The solution
After deploying a full service digital transformation and an ongoing test and learn approach, this branch gives NAB the ability to pilot new products, services and solutions before they are brought to market, which will ultimately inform the future branches. In store, customers have a unique chance to learn more and try products and services that are yet to be introduced to market using innovative digital solutions.
The results
The flagship branch has been designed to match customers with the right expertise through a variety of options. All online and digital tools are developed with the aim of educating the customers by showcasing the latest tools that can save them time and provide greater choice and flexibility. It has increased local customer engagement and provided NAB with a wealth of information.
