Hive by Laminex
Hive by Laminex is a new concept showroom that brings design to life. Within the Hive vistors can "find their style", tag and save their favourite items in the showroom and use ‘Design Your Space’ to bring their style to life in 3D. Whats even better is that all their choices and designs, visitors can save to their own personal digital catalogue. That means that from home they have access to everything they looked at or designed within the Hive.
Telstra Store of the Future
Adapting to the shifting changes in technology and consumer needs is a huge priority for Telstra. Having a Discovery Store where they have showcased how they are able to engage with their customers by bringing digital to the physical environment, has provided an amazing innovations platform for a roll out to other stores. Engagis worked with Telstra to create, “The Store Of The Future”. Whether its a giant curved digital screens with video content, or a Sandbox tabletop where the customer controls the information they receive interactively – this really is a store which sets the benchmark for the phygital space. The success of the Sydney Discovery Store has been a driving factor for the roll out across all Telstra stores over the next 5 years and has set the tone for the Telstra Future Retail Environment (FRE), also delivered by Engagis across their 400+ locations Australia wide.
NAB on George
In line with NAB's vision for integrated customer service a new flagship branch is opened in central Sydney, at 333 George Street, called NAB on George. The branch gave NAB the ability to pilot new products and services before they are brought to market, which will ultimately inform the future branches, , customers have a unique chance to learn more and try products and services that are yet to be introduced to market. The new flagship branch has been designed to match customers with the right expertise through a variety of options. All online and digital tools are developed with the aim of educating the customers by showcasing the latest tools that can save them time and provide greater choice and flexibility.
