Biogen’s Best-In-Class Meeting Room Technology
Background
Biogen, a multinational biotechnology company, looked to capitalise on relocating their Sydney offices by installing a best-in-class video conferencing system in their new home. As such, they required ten fully-functioning meeting rooms that could host Microsoft Teams, along with high-quality display screens, cameras and audio.
What We Did
After beginning to source hardware internally, Biogen realised they would not be able to get the local support and expertise to ensure a successful and timely rollout of their new technology – so they called Engagis.
We stepped into an already rapidly progressing project and rose to the challenge of meeting key delivery milestones on a compressed timeline to meet the physical relocation of their offices, as well as quickly providing technical project management and support, as well as further procurement coordination.

The overall scope of the project consisted of:
- An audit and decommission of their existing office technology
- Coordination of power supply
- Data and construction works
- Digital display supply and install
- Install and commission of Logitech and Microsoft Teams Rooms
- On-site technical support
